If you are having trouble viewing 3D, then it is most likely caused by one or more of the reasons listed below.
1 The 3D content you are viewing does not comply with the basic 3D rules and production practice that will ensure a comfortable viewing comfort.
2 You are among the c. 10% of the population who are 3D blind, or you might have other vision problems that could prevent you from seeing in 3D.
3 Your viewing conditions are not ideal.
